Barefoot Walking



On International Mother Language Day UNESCO and other UN agencies take part in the events to promote cultural and linguistic diversity all around the world.
In Bangladesh on International Mother Language Day people go to Shaheed Minar at late night up to morning in bared footed to pay tribute to the martyrs of 21st February and sprinkle flowers on the monument (Shahid Minar). This becomes a tradition and culture of Bangladeshis. Perhaps walking in bare footed has its extra health benefits .......

 International Mother Language Day is celebrated in memory of the four students who were killed while fighting for their mother language and is celebrated to tell them that we will never forget their sacrifices.
Why we should walk barefoot? 

Barefoot walking on grass.
 Walking barefoot has its remarkable health advantages, such as increasing antioxidants, reducing inflammation, and improving sleep.
Barefoot walking is direct link with soil and grass. Early studies are showing that the health benefits come from the relationship between our bodies and the earth. Earth has its natural charge, we can do better when we’re in direct contact with it.
A review published in the Journal of Environmental and Public Health looked at a number of studies that highlight how drawing electrons from the earth improves health. In addition to another, continual pain patients using grounded carbon fiber mattresses slept better and experienced less pain.
Another study it also found that earthing connectivity changed the electrical activity in the brain, other research found that grounding benefit is the skin conductivity, moderated heart rate inconsistency, improves glucose regulation, reduces stress and boost immunity.
Health conscious sense thinks regular walking of half an hour a day, can reduce cancer risk, moderate weight, improves cardiovascular health and prevent diabetes. Walking improves blood oxygenation, circulation.
On conclusion we can say walking early in the morning with bare footed or without barefooted has its great health benefit which is given below:
It’s a great way to start the day, counts as physical exercise, you get some time to plan your day, It helps you to beat stress, prevents mental deterioration, helps you to socialize and popular, gives you energy all the day, improves your appetite, helps you stay positive, it freshens up your mind, helps you for losing weight, it helps you for sound sleep.
